 Although, if a product comes damaged then a refund will be issued. Also, if the wrong item is sent then you will also get the opportunity for a refund or size exchange if possible.

We are not responsible for packages that get lost or delayed when shipped. When the package is dropped off with the postal service it is completely out of our hands.
